Dog Boarding

Going on vacation? Why not treat your dog to one, as well? Our friendly and attentive team will do everything possible to ensure Puppy Lodge Inn feels like a home away from home for your pup. Whether you need to board your dog for an overnight stay, the weekend, a holiday, or extended care, your dog will spend their days enjoying supervised open play with their BFFFs (Best Furry Friends Forever) and their nights enjoying restful sleep.

WHAT TO BRINGWe care about your dog’s safety and comfort. We strongly encourage you to bring your pup’s own food to maintain their regular diet and avoid any digestion issues. You may consider bringing a little extra food for boarding as they burn a lot more calories in play than they typically do at home!
During their boarding stay, your dog will be fed at approximately 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Food will be served and prepared exactly as requested by each pet parent. We’ll accommodate any special dietary needs your pup may have and won’t charge extra for feeding or administering medication.
You are encouraged to bring any bedding that will make your dog feel “at home” and we will provide it only to them. (Please remember we cannot guarantee bedding will be returned in the same condition.)
As your dog will play in an open area with other dogs, we do not accept toys from home. Your dog may feel possessive of their own toys, and many are not suitable for outdoors as they are too easily torn or ripped.

Dog Spa

Just like humans, dogs require proper hygiene care to help maintain their overall health and wellbeing. Treatments that target their coat, teeth, ears, and nails are necessary to help them not only look good but feel good, too. Why is self-care for dogs so important? Our furry family members can be susceptible to certain infections and unwanted symptoms when their hygiene is not in order. This is why our trained spa professionals are here to provide the pampering and treatments necessary to promote your pup’s longevity, boost their wellness, and help you develop a hygiene routine that works for both of you.

DOG SPA SERVICES
The spa experts at Puppy Lodge Inn have experience interacting with dogs of all ages and breeds. Plus, we create a relaxing environment in our spa , designed to cater to the comfort of our furry guests. We realize that many dogs may get nervous around loud noises; that’s why we offer a variety of drying methods, such as hair dryers or handheld options.Our dog spa is stocked with hypoallergenic shampoos, conditioners, and products designed specifically to be safe and gentle on a dog’s skin and coat. We are also gentle and slow. This allows pups to feel relaxed and totally pampered throughout—it’s the self-care they deserve for all the unconditional love they give us daily!Puppy Lodge Inn’s dog spa services include:• Spa baths

Meet & Greet

While we strongly believe that there is no such thing as a bad breed or a bad dog, not every dog is suited for our off-leash, open-play environment. We take our doggie guests’ safety very seriously, so each one must first complete a thorough Meet & Greet to ensure that they are a good fit for our service.For the Meet & Greet, please arrive with your dog on a leash or slip lead with a collar/harness both in the parking lot and upon entry into the ranch. The evaluation process with your dog will take approximately 20–30 minutes. During this time, we would love to show you around and address your questions.

WHAT TO EXPECT
You will be greeted by one of our staff, and the Meet & Greet is at our ranch by one of our trained professionals. A typical Meet & Greet usually goes like this:● It begins with an overview of paperwork, history, and health with the pet parent.
● After the overview, you will be guided through a tour of the facility, so you know where your dog will spend their day.
● Once complete, your pup joins our team for an evaluation to observe how they react when away from their dog mom or dog dad.
● During the evaluation, we conduct a nose to tail assessment to identify sensitivities in touch that your dog may have. If a dog is sensitive to touch in one area, this is not an issue, but it is important for their comfort that our team is aware of it.
● We then bring a few additional dogs into the controlled play area one at a time to assess your pup’s comfort level. Our team member observes how they interact with the other dogs to assess their comfort with an open-play environment.
● We will also assess their comfort level in the house, which are only used for rest, naptime, boarding, and feedings (when applicable).
● If for some reason the dog is not yet ready for open play, we will recommend steps the pet parent can take to help address the observed concern(s). Any dog that is not yet comfortable is always welcome back once they are ready to join the fun!
The process is very easy, and there is nothing to be nervous about at Puppy Lodge Inn, we look forward to getting to know your pup better!

WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR MEET & GREET
● Your dog(s) on a leash with a collar or harness upon entry.
● We appreciate you completing your online registration prior to your visit. If you have not uploaded your vaccination records, please bring them with you or your daycare is happy to contact your veterinarian on your behalf!

WHO CAN STAY WITH US?
We do not turn away dogs based on breed. To ensure the safety of all our guests, we require all dogs staying with us for daycare or overnight boarding to meet the following criteria:● Dogs must first undergo a Meet & Greet with our Puppy Lodge Inn team.
● All dogs must be at least 12 weeks of age or older, and fully vaccinated.
● All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Pet parents need to provide documentation of Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations.
● All dogs must be in good health. Pet parents will certify that their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition within the last 30 days.
● Upon admission, all dogs must be free of any condition that could potentially jeopardize other guests, including fleas or ticks. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted.
● All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy-protective. Pet parents will certify their dogs have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior toward any person or dog. The safety and health of all of our guests is our top priority.
● All dogs must have a complete, up-to-date, and approved application on file to attend board with us. It is also strongly recommended that a dog attend at least one visit (preferably three) prior to boarding. This will help us get to know your dog’s personality and preference and allow your dog to know he/she is going home, get to know staff and other dogs, and feel comfortable in our open-play environment.
Because dogs are a really big deal to us, evaluation day at Puppy Lodge Inn is fun for the whole family—consider it an introduction to our open-play environment, perfectly suited for your pup’s fitness and social life. In fact, don’t be surprised if your furry child meets his or her BFFF (Best Furry Friend Forever) while they are here!

Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the dog boarding services provided by Puppy Lodge Inn. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, including the boarding of your dog(s) at our facility. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Boarding Services:
1.1. Booking: To book boarding services, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information about your dog(s), including health records, vaccination history, and any special requirements. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if the provided information is incomplete, inaccurate, or if it poses a risk to the health and safety of other dogs or staff.
1.2. Health and Vaccinations: All dogs must be in good health and up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough). Proof of vaccinations must be provided before boarding. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any dog showing signs of illness or not meeting the vaccination requirements.
1.3. Medications and Special Needs: If your dog requires medication, special dietary needs, or has any specific behavioral or medical conditions, you must provide clear instructions and all necessary supplies. Additional charges may apply for administering medications or accommodating special needs.
1.4. Dog Behavior: We strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all dogs. However, dog behavior can be unpredictable. You acknowledge and accept that dogs may interact with each other and that we are not liable for any injuries, illness, or damages that may occur during their stay.
Payment and Cancellation:
2.1. Fees: You agree to pay the fees specified for the boarding services, including any additional services requested. Payment is due at the time of drop-off or as otherwise agreed upon. Additional charges may apply for extended stays, late pickups, or requested services during the boarding period.
2.2. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify a booking, please provide us with reasonable notice. Cancellations made within 3 days prior to the scheduled boarding may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or no-shows.
2.3. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations or early pickups are subject to our refund policy. Refunds may be issued in the form of credit for future services or as otherwise determined by Puppy Lodge Inn
Liability and Disclaimers:
3.1. Care and Supervision: We will exercise reasonable care and provide appropriate supervision of your dog(s) during their stay. However, you acknowledge and agree that accidents, injuries, or illness can occur despite our best efforts. You agree to hold us harmless from any liability arising from the provision of our services, including but not limited to injuries, illnesses, escapes, or losses.
3.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your dog's stay, including but not limited to damages caused by your dog to our premises, other dogs, or third parties.
3.3. Personal Belongings: While we take reasonable care to keep personal belongings safe, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items left with your dog(s) during their stay.
